I am an entrepreneur. My career has been mostly self-employed spanning business ownership in a commercial insurance agency to a decade immersed in franchise sales and franchisee development. My career has provided me with unique perspectives of the do-it-yourself business owner vs. one that invests in a franchise with a proven model, brand, process, systems and procedures.
Over the past decade I have been educated by and worked with executives in franchising concepts with mature giants like Realogy’s Century 21, Prudential Real Estate Affiliates to emerging franchise systems like Case Handyman and City Publications.
My sales and franchisee development experience includes working directly with franchise prospects and franchisees in the role of franchise sales and development completing new, conversion, resale, merger & acquisition growth and expansion as well as system and unit expansion through Area Development.
Franchise Development experience includes project management and operational functions leading the successful technology logic overhaul, delivery and training for Franchisor and its franchisees including email migration, client relationship management (CRM) system and its franchisees individual website development and conversions.
Franchisee Development includes active hands on field sales training including the development of a sales process and a Field Training Manual of Sales Tools and Best Practices Techniques.

I have been self employed most of my career and I am an entrepreneur. I love being independent enjoying the benefits of tapping into proven systems and processes. I am a Partner and E-Commerce Sales Director for Caring Transitions St Louis, managing two eBay auction sites and stores while operating my own eBay store A Plus Items and More, an eBay store. Trained by eBay, I have earned the Education Specialist designation and teach eBay classes through my St. Louis eBay training academy.
