Take the first step towards improvement and contact us to schedule
an appointment for a free needs assessment. Your contact information
will be kept confidential.
Step 2 - First Appointment
Our first appointment will be a mutual telephone interview to discuss
your business, goals, and objectives and to learn more about us. We
will schedule a follow up appointment if appropriate to discuss and
measure compatibility between us.
Step 3 - Compatibility Meeting
The goal of this meeting is to see if we are aligned and a good fit.
Franchising first and foremost is a relationship and we must feel
good about one another and will meet one another’s requirements.
Step 4 - Interactive Presentation
Our mutual objective is to get positive results. We will engage with
you to establish solutions based upon what we have uncovered in our
previous meetings. This is where we begin to develop a business /
operations plan that can be achieved complete with timelines.
Step 5 – Franchise Development Plan
We will have a walk through of the Franchise Development Plan and
lay-out the rollout of the tasks and confirm the expectations. Adjustments
if necessary will be made at this point and a launch date scheduled.
Step 6 - Accountability
The Franchise Development Plan will be a working document of accountability.
Together we will monitor and review the results and tweak the plan
as necessary to remain nimble. Feedback is essential to the success
of the plan.
Step 7 - Communication
Monitor and Review some more as good business partners do.
